There are lots of beautiful things to see in the Colorado Springs area. One of the most stunning is the Garden of the Gods park. Carol and I have been there many times, but it never gets old. Garden of the Gods has many fascinating views, it looks different every time we are there.
Here is a photo I took today of the entrance area.
Garden of the Gods is not that crowded in the off season. In the summer months it is full of people. There are many people from different countries during the summer time.
There is a herd of Big Horn Sheep that has been frequenting the park. We got to see them today, but we were not allowed to stop for photos.
The Garden of the Gods park sits below the beautiful Pikes Peak.
The Peak does not have much snow on it right now. It is beautiful when there is more snow up there.
One of the main attractions is miss Carol, my better half and travel partner.
It is a great day trip to visit Garden of the Gods. It is always fun and interesting.
